These terms govern the reservations and purchases made through the website matricemadrid.com. By booking or buying you accept the version published at that time.

What you contract

A table reservation at MATRICE Restaurant. A reservation is only final once you receive the confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. The price charged is the one shown when you book or buy.

Card payments are made on the secure payment gateway of Redsys (TPV virtual del banco), with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure). MATRICE Restaurant never receives or stores your card details.

You will receive a receipt for each payment by email. You can request an invoice by sending us your tax details.

Table reservations

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time, from the link in your confirmation email. After that, please call us.

If you do not show up for a confirmed reservation without cancelling it, we record it, as explained in the privacy policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are made by the same payment method, usually within 3 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Right of withdrawal

Under article 103 l) of the Spanish consolidated General Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), there is no right of withdrawal for catering and leisure services with a specific date or period of performance, such as table reservations and events. Otherwise the cancellation conditions above apply.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under the law; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
